Kjolle is the sister restaurant of Central, a top 50 restaurant in Lima, Peru.

The only reason that Pujol is still at the top of my favorite of the 50 is because Kjolle isn't on the top fifty list. Tonight's experience was mind-blowingly incredible.

I would fly back to Lima for a meal at this restaurant, it was that good.
